船用甲醇发动机技术发展现状及趋势

摘要:介绍了甲醇作为船用燃料的优势,以及国内外船用甲醇发动机研究现状。指出国外知名企业都采用甲醇-柴油双燃料技术路线,其中甲醇低速机产品已推向市场,但甲醇中速机产品尚在研发中。国内车用甲醇发动机采用进气道喷射甲醇单一燃料技术路线已投入商用,但该技术在船舶发动机上暂不适用。船用甲醇发动机未来发展趋势主要包括低压气道喷射缸内预混燃烧、高压缸内直喷压燃、甲醇高压缸内直喷柴油引燃技术等,并分别分析这3种技术路线的优点和目前技术难点。

Development Status and Trends of Marine Methanol Engine Technology

Abstract:The advantages of methanol as a marine fuel and the research status of domestic and foreign marine methanol engines is introduced.It is pointed out that well-known foreign enterprises have adopted the methanol diesel dual fuel technology route,among which the methanol low-speed engine product has been launched into the market,but the methanol medium speed engine product is still in research and development.The domestic methanol engine for vehicles has been put into commercial use with the single fuel technology route of injecting methanol in intake port,but this technology is temporarily not applicable to ship engines. The future development trends of marine methanol engines mainly include low-pressure port injection with cylinder premixed combustion,high-pressure cylinder direct injection compression ignition,and methanol high-pressure cylinder direct injection with diesel as pilot fuel. The advantages and current technical difficulties of these three technical routes are analyzed separately.
