摘要:采用发动机工作过程1D热力学仿真和配气机构1D动力学仿真的方法,对某采用可变配气机构柴油机的气门型线进行优化设计,确定在高速区和低速区的气门升程曲线。先后进行配气机构动力学校核和柴油机性能校核,通过性能试验验证了优化设计方案的有效性。 |

Abstract:Based on the methods of 1D thermodynamics simulation of the engine working process and 1D dynamics simulation of the valve train,the optimization design of the valve profile of a diesel engine with variable valve train was carried out,and the valve lift curve in high-speed zone and low-speed zone were determined.The dynamics of valve train and diesel engine performance were checked successively,and the effectiveness of the optimized design scheme was verified through performance test. |
