船用柴油机电控系统硬件在环测试平台设计验证

摘要:以船用柴油机为研究对象,以dSPACE为硬件基础,从硬件、软件两方面介绍船用柴油机电控系统硬件在环仿真测试平台的设计构建方法,并开展电控系统的基本控制功能和故障诊断功能在线测试验证。测试结果表明,该平台应用于船用柴油机电控系统硬件在环测试可有效降低开发成本、缩短开发周期。

Design and Verification of Hardware-in-the-Loop Testing Platform for Electronic Control System of Marine Diesel Engine

Abstract:Taking marine diesel engines as the research object and dSPACE as the hardware foundation,the design and construction method of a hardware-in-the-loop simulation testing platform for the electronic control system of marine diesel engines from both hardware and software aspects was introduced,and the online testing and verification of the basic control function and fault diagnosis function of the electronic control system was conducted. The test results indicate that the application of this platform in the hardware-in-the-loop testing of marine diesel engine electronic control systems can effectively reduce development costs and shorten development cycles.
