摘要:基于柴油-甲醇二元燃烧技术,自主研发Z6170SCM柴油-甲醇双燃料发动机,主要介绍了该发动机的开发过程及设计方案、关键零部件的设计以及台架试验情况等。台架试验表明:该发动机各项指标均满足设计要求,发动机动力性、经济性及排放水平皆优于原型机。该双燃料发动机为船用发动机压燃式高效应用甲醇提供了一种解决方案。

Development of Marine High-Speed Diesel-Methanol Dual Fuel Engine

Abstract:Based on diesel-methanol dual fuel combustion technology,Z6170ZLC SCM diesel-methanol dual fuel engine was researched independently.The development process and design scheme of the engine,the design of key parts and the bench test are introduced. The bench test shows that all the indexes of the engine meet the design requirements,and the power,economy and emission level of the engine is better than those of the prototype,which provides a solution for the high efficient application of methanol in marine engines with compression ignition method.
