摘要:针对现有双螺杆压缩机转子加工用成形盘铣刀刀片排布方式不合理、容易发生磨损的问题,基于图形仿真法研制一款螺杆转子可转位成形盘铣刀。研制工作主要围绕刀片在刀体圆周上的排布、容屑槽和螺钉孔在刀体圆周上的排布、可转位成形盘铣刀刀体三维造型等3方面展开,通过转位成形盘铣刀切削试验,验证新设计的可转位成形盘铣刀有刀体利用率高、加工效率高、加工效果好等优点,尤其适用于批量加工部件。 |

Development of Indexable Milling Cutters of Screw Rotor Based on Graphic Simulation Method |

Abstract:In order to solve the problems of unreasonable layout and easy wear of the formed disk milling cutter used for twin-screw compressor rotor processing,an indexable formed disk milling cutter for screw rotor was developed based on the graphic simulation method.The research work mainly focused on three aspects:the layout of the blades on the circumference of the cutter body,the layout of the chip groove and the screw hole on the circumference of the cutter body,and the three-dimensional modeling of the indexable formed disk milling cutter body.Through the cutting test of the indexable formed disk milling cutter,it was verified that the newly designed indexable formed disk milling cutter had the advantages of high tool body utilization,high processing efficiency,and good processing effect,especially suitable for batch processing parts. |
