基于加工中心第四轴的飞锤钻孔夹具设计

摘要:在使用加工中心第四轴的基础上,设计制作四工位飞锤钻孔夹具。该工装结构简单,使用便捷,性能稳定可靠,可大幅降低劳动强度,并提高生产效率。使用结果表明,该夹具达到设计预期,可实现一次装夹固定和一次切削成形,从而使得产品获得较好的加工精度,工序过程能力指数显著提高,产品质量极大提升。

Design of Flying Hammer Drilling Fixture Based on the Fourth Axis of a Machining Center

Abstract:A set of four-position flying hammer drilling fixture was designed and manufactured based on the fourth axis of a machining center.The device has the advantages of simple structure,easy application,stable and reliable performance,and can greatly reduce labor intensity and improve production efficiency.The application results show that the fixture meets the design goals,and can achieve one-time clamping and fixation,and one-time cutting forming,so that the product can obtain better processing accuracy,the process capability index is significantly improved,and the product quality is greatly improved.
