摘要:针对船用低速机电液驱动式排气阀控制系统进行了排气阀柔性控制需求分析,在此基础上确定了整个控制系统的功能,主要包括:输入信号的监测、分析与处理;排气阀启闭角计算以及控制信号的输出。基于Simulink软件开发了排气阀控制模型,并仿真验证了控制模型的功能。验证结果表明:排气阀控制系统模型能够实现排气阀启闭控制,并可根据低速机负荷自动调节排气阀开启和关闭的角度。 |

Development and Verification of Exhaust Valve Flexible Control Strategyfor Low-Speed Marine Engine |

Abstract:Aiming at the electro-hydraulic driven exhaust valve control system used on marine low-speed diesel engines, the flexible control requirements of the exhaust valve were analyzed. On this basis, the functions of the whole control system were determined, mainly including:monitoring, analysis and processing of input signals; calculation of opening and closing angles of exhaust valve and output of control signals. The exhaust valve control model was developed based on Simulink software, and the function of the control model was verified by simulation. The verification results show that the exhaust valve control system model can realize the opening and closing control of the exhaust valve, and can automatically adjust the opening and closing angle of the exhaust valve according to the load of low-speed engines. |
