柴油-甲醇组合燃烧技术在发电机组产品开发中的应用

摘要:对一台增压中冷柴油机进行改装,使其采用柴油-甲醇组合燃烧(Diesel-Methanol Compound Combustion,DMCC)方式运行。发动机台架以及装机运行试验的结果表明:发动机的双燃料模式平稳、可靠,动力性与原纯柴油相同,调速特性满足机组使用要求;与纯柴油相比,双燃料模式的燃料经济性在中高负荷时显著提升,在低负荷时较低;双燃料模式下的碳排放比在纯柴油工况下的碳排放降低约11.4%,PM和NOx排放明显低于纯柴油模式,NOx排放需要进一步优化;全工况下CO和HC排放量均大幅增加,所以为满足法规需要加装后处理系统;按照机组视在功率为300 kW运行时,双燃料模式的燃料经济性改善14.5%,大幅度降低发电成本。

Application of Diesel-Methanol Compound Combustion Technology in Product Development of Generator Sets

Abstract:A turbocharged intercooled diesel engine was refitted to operate in the diesel-methanol compound combustion(DMCC)mode.The engine bench test and the generator set operation test were carried out and the results show that:The dual fuel mode of the engine is stable and reliable,the power performance is the same as that of the original pure diesel mode,and the speed regulation characteristic meets the use requirements of the sets;Compared with the pure diesel mode,the fuel economy of dual fuel mode is significantly improved at medium and high loads,but it is lower at low loads;The carbon emission of dual fuel mode is about 11.4% lower than that of pure diesel mode,PM and NOx emissions are significantly lower than those in pure diesel mode,and NOx emissions need to be further optimized;Under all working conditions,CO and HC emissions increase significantly,so after-treatment system should be installed to meet the regulations;When the apparent power of the set is 300 kW,the fuel economy of dual fuel mode is improved by 14.5%,and the cost of electrical power generation is greatly reduced.
