摘要:针对船用低速柴油机在降功率运行的趋势下,通过转速禁区的时间过长的问题,根据船舶推进的基本原理和力学基础知识,在DNV GL船规和MAN ES相关经验的基础上,通过等效或更保守的方式对加速通过转速禁区的时间进行了定量分析。分析结果为:当加速时间小于根据中间轴扭振应力余量计算得到的许可时间时,可认为项目能满足船级社规范要求;当评估的加速时间大于许可时间时,可采用增加功率裕度以缩短加速时间,提高中间轴扭振应力余量以增加许可时间,或二者结合的方式修改方案;对功率裕度较低的项目,即便可以单纯通过提高中间轴扭振应力余量的方式增加许可时间使项目满足船级社规范要求,但加速时间长这一现象还是真实存在的,在这种情况下还是应尽量采用提高功率裕度的方式修改方案。 |

Quantitative Analysis on Accelerating Time for Passing Barred Speed Range |

Abstract:Under the tendency of de-rating of marine diesel engines, aiming at the problem that it takes too long to pass barred speed range, based on basic principle of ship propulsion, knowledge of mechanics, DNV-GL rules and experience shared by MAN-ES, accelerating time for passing barred speed range was evaluated quantitatively in equivalent or conservative method. The analysis results show that when the accelerating time is less than the approved time calculated by torsional stress margin in intermediate shaft, it is considered to meet with the DNV-GL rules; when the estimated accelerating time is more than the approved time, increasing power margin to reduce the accelerating time, or increasing the torsional stress margin in intermediate shaft to increase the approved time, or the combination the two ways are suggested to modify the program. For the program with lower power margin, even though the DNV-GL rules can be satisfied by improving torsional stress margin in intermediate shaft to increase the approved time, actually the long accelerating time still exist, so in this condition, increasing power margin to modify the program should be adopted as far as possible. |
