摘要:基于无源无线温度测量的监测方法,针对连杆大头轴瓦磨损故障温度监测部位的优化问题,建立了连杆大头轴瓦弹流润滑仿真模型,探究不同磨损程度下轴瓦接触力的变化规律和温度显著变化区域的分布情况。仿真计算结果给出了温度监测的理论优化部位,并与工程案例的实际情况相比较,结果一致。研究成果可为基于温度测量的连杆大头轴瓦磨损故障监测与诊断技术的工程转化提供理论指导。 |

Simulation Research on the Optimal Position of Temperature Monitoring Aimingat the Wear of Connecting Rod Big-End Bearing of Diesel Engines |

Abstract:Based on passive wireless temperature measurement, the elastohydrodynamic lubrication simulation model was established to optimize the temperature monitoring position for detecting the wear of co-nnecting rod big-end bearings. The variation law of bearing contact force, as well as distribution of tempe-rature significant changing area under different wear levels were explored. The simulation results provided theoretical optimal position of temperature monitoring, which was verified by the conditions in application cases. The research provides theoretical guidance for engineering transformation of technology which are used in the wear monitoring and diagnosing of connecting rod big-end bearings based on temperature measurement. |
