船用低速柴油机高压SCR系统台架试验研究

摘要:通过在高压SCR系统上增加控制逻辑,调整部分设备的运行过程,设计了可稳定SCR运行的吹灰、换气稳压子系统,从而解决了柴油机从Tier Ⅲ切换至Tier Ⅱ模式运行时,高压排气进入SCR系统,对设备造成腐蚀的问题。台架试验表明:E3循环下加权NOx排放降至2.49 g/(kW·h),低于IMO Tier Ⅲ限值3.4 g/(kW·h);氨泄漏量小于1 mg/m3。吹灰、换气稳压系统达到预期设计目标。

Research on the Bench Test of a High Pressure SCR System of a MarineLow Speed Diesel Engine

Abstract:To deal with the problem that as the diesel engine switch into TierⅡ mode, high pressure exhaust gas flows into the SCR system, and leads to equipment corrosion, the blowing and venting system was developed by adding control logic to the high pressure SCR system and adjusting the operational process of some equipments. Bench test showed that with the E3 cycle, the weighted NOx emission was decreased to 2.49 g/(kW·h), lower than the IMO Tier Ⅲ standard 3.4 g/(kW·h), the leakage rate of ammonia was less than 1 mg/m3. The blowing and venting system has achieved the design goal.
