摘要:基于某柴油机巴氏合金轴套对冷装工艺适应性的要求,对其进行液氮冷却试验、低温箱冷却试验,检测结合强度、硬度、金相组织等性能变化情况。试验表明:巴氏合金轴套不适宜采用液氮冷装工艺,会造成巴氏合金与钢背脱离,造成失效;巴氏合金轴套可采用低温箱冷装工艺,适宜的冷装温度为70~80 ℃。 |

Abstract:Based on the requirements of Babbitt alloy bearing bush of a diesel engine for the adaptability of cold assembly process,liquid nitrogen cooling test and low-temperature box cooling test were carried out to detect the performance changes of binding strength,hardness,metallographic structure.The test shows that:The Babbitt alloy bearing bush is not suitable for liquid nitrogen cold assembly process,which will cause the separation of Babbitt alloy from steel back and failure;Babbitt alloy shaft sleeve can adopt the cold assembly process of low-temperature box,and the suitable cold assembly temperature is 70~80 ℃. |
