摘要:针对增压器匹配柴油机选型困难的问题,以某A型混流涡轮增压器为研究对象,运用 CFX 仿真软件对不同子午线高度、不同喷嘴环喉口面积的涡轮流量和效率进行仿真分析。分析结果表明:当涡轮流量改变量较小时,可采用改变喷嘴环喉口面积的方式,涡轮流量与喷嘴环喉口面积成正比;当涡轮流量改变量较大时,可采用改变涡轮子午线高度的方式,涡轮流量随子午线高度降低而减小。研究成果可为增压器配机选型及系列化设计提供参考,具有一定的工程应用价值。 |

Normalization Analysis of Turbocharger Turbine Based on CFX Simulation |

Abstract:In response to difficult selection of turbocharger matching diesel engine,a type A mixed flow turbocharger was taken as the research object,and the turbine flow and efficiency at different meridian heights and different nozzle ring throat areas were simulated and analyzed with CFX simulation software.The results show that:When the change of turbine flow rate is small,the area of nozzle ring throat can be changed,and the turbine flow rate is proportional to the area of nozzle ring throat;When the turbine flow changes greatly,the turbine meridian height can be changed,and the turbine flow decreases with the decrease of the meridian height.The research results can provide reference for turbocharger selection and serial design,and are of certain engineering application value. |
