现代科考船主动力设备声学指标分配技术研究

摘要:以“东方红3”号船为研究对象,在方案设计阶段根据船舶初步设计和动力设备及推进器的选型情况,采用经验公式、工程经验、数值仿真等相结合的方法进行水下辐射噪声初步评估,对关键动力设备进行振动与噪声指标分配,规定了动力设备传递到船体的振动限值以及螺旋桨最大噪声水平等,确保设计阶段满足DNV Silent-R水下辐射噪声指标,为后续高质量科考船的建造提供了技术依据。

Abstract:Dong Fang Hong 3 vessel was taken as the research object. At the stage of concept design, according to the preliminary design of the vessel and the type selection of the power system and propulsion system, the method combining empirical formula, engineer experience and numerical simulation was used to carry out preliminary evaluation of underwater radiated noise. Vibration and noise quotas for key power system were assigned. The vibration limitation of hull transmitted from power system, as well as the maximum noise level of the propeller were defined. Thus the vessel can meet with the DNV Silent-R under-water radiated noise srandard at the stage of design, and provides technical reference for follow-up building of high quality research vessels.
