高/低硫燃油转换自动控制技术研究

摘要:基于对全球大气环境保护以及满足SOx在排放控制区域内的排放要求,低硫燃油(硫的质量分数<0.1%)在实船中已得到广泛应用。结合示范船供油系统进行高/低硫燃油自动转换控制技术的研究,实现了换油过程中燃油进机黏度在2~20 cSt,同时油温变化率小于等于2 ℃/min,确保了柴油机安全、稳定工作。

Abstract:Low sulphur fuels (ω(s)<0.1%) have been widely used on ships due to the global atmospheric environmental protection and the emission requirements in SOx emission control areas. Based on the fuel supply system of a demonstration ship, the automatic switching control technology was studied, which can guarantee the fuel viscosity between 2~20 cSt and meanwhile keep the fuel temperature change within 2 ℃/min in the process of fuel change, thus can ensure the safety and stability of diesel engines.
