摘要:针对某新型船舶低速柴油机贯穿螺栓开展设计和校核工作。根据柴油机的性能参数和气缸部件尺寸等完成贯穿螺栓的初始设计,分别通过静强度校核和动态疲劳分析评估贯穿螺栓静强度应力和动态疲劳强度,校核贯穿螺栓设计的安全裕度,为低速机贯穿螺栓的设计提供依据。 |

Dynamic Fatigue Analysis of Tie Rod for a Low Speed Diesel Engine |

Abstract:The design and check of tie rod on a new low‐speed marine diesel engine was carried out.The initial design of the tie rod was completed according to the performance parameters of the diesel engine and the dimensional parameters of cylinder components,and the static strength stress and dynamic fatigue strength of the tie rod were evaluated through the static strength check and dynamic fatigue analysis respectively,so as to check the safety margin of the tie rod design,thus provide a basis for the design of the tie rod of the low‐speed engine. |
