| 摘要:介绍了5DK-20e柴油发电机组成套设计过程。重点介绍了公共底座、滑油系统、燃油系统、混流式冷却水系统、启动马达系统、进排气系统、增压器叶轮清洗系统的设计及验证。台架试验及实船试验结果表明:该型发电机组技术指标达到了技术规格书要求。目前已投入批量生产。 |

| Abstract:The packaged design of 5DK-20e diesel gensets is introduced. The design and verification of common base plate, lube system, fuel system, mixed-flow cooling water system, starting motor system, inlet and outlet system, and turbocharger impeller cleaning system are introduced. Bench test and test on board show that the technical indexes of this type of gensets can meet the requirements of technical specification. The gensets has realized mass production. |
