摘要:基于某型号十二缸大功率柴油机的高速、高承载曲轴,开展了曲轴高精度加工工艺研究。对曲轴轴颈加工和氮化变形控制等环节进行了重点分析。通过制定合理的工艺方案,研制适宜的工艺装置,优化工艺参数,解决了加工和热处理过程中的变形问题,从而提高了曲轴加工质量和精度的稳定性。 |

Abstract:Based on the high speed and high load crankshaft of a 12-cylinder diesel engine,research on high precision processing technology of crankshafts was carried out. The processing of the crankshaft journal and the control of nitriding deformation were analyzed. By making a reasonable processing plan, developing suitable processing equipments,optimizing processing parameters, the problems of deformation in processing and heat treatment were solved, and the crankshaft machining quality and precision stability were improved. |
