摘要:随着船舶发动机强化指标提升,缸盖、活塞等受热零部件以及活塞环、气阀、轴瓦等关键摩擦副的工作条件更加严劣,如何保证上述零部件的可靠性是发动机设计开发的关键。从受热零部件高可靠性设计、摩擦学设计及柔性可变技术等方面介绍了船舶发动机结构设计的最新研究进展。

The Development Trend of the Structure Design of Marine Engines

Abstract:As marine engines' intensification indexes getting higher, components working under high temperatures, like cylinder heads and pistons, and key friction pairs like piston rings,gas valves, and bea-rings are now working under more severe conditions. How to ensure the reliability of these components is the key in engine research and development. From the aspects of high reliability design of components working under high temperatures, friction design and flexible and variable technology, the latest research achievements of marine engine struture design are introduced.
