| 摘要:针对某机型用燃油泵漏油问题,根据故障现象，从零部件结构着手，结合CAE分析及设计、安装环节复查，对故障的可能原因进行排查。结果表明:与燃油泵连接的壳体形位公差超差，致使燃油泵主动齿轮轴倾斜；随着运行时间累积，倾斜情况加剧，最终导致燃油泵偏磨、漏油。据此提出了相应的解决措施。 |
