低灰PAO润滑油改善柴油机颗粒排放的试验研究

摘要:在一台四缸涡轮增压柴油机上分别使用四种专门配置的润滑油,利用DMS500快速响应颗粒分析仪,对比测试了基础油类型以及润滑油灰分含量对柴油机颗粒数量浓度和质量浓度的影响;并重点分析了低灰PAO润滑油对柴油机颗粒排放的改善作用。结果表明:常规IV类PAO润滑油的颗粒排放低于常规Ⅱ类CI-4润滑油;中、高负荷时降低效果尤为明显。上述两类润滑油经相应低灰分配方处理后形成的低灰润滑油能够降低柴油机颗粒排放总量;相较于其他三种润滑油,低灰PAO润滑油的颗粒排放总数量浓度更低,小负荷下降低颗粒排放质量浓度效果明显,大负荷下比常规PAO润滑油的略高。表明:低灰PAO润滑油具有优良的改善柴油机总体颗粒排放的性能。

Experimental Study on Improvement of Diesel Engine Particulate EmissionWith Low-Ash PAO Based Lubricating Oil

Abstract:Four kinds of lubricants with special characteristic parameters were tested on a four-cylinder turbocharged diesel engine.By using DMS500 fast response particle analyzer, experiments were carried out to study the influence of base oil types and ash content of lubricants on number and mass concentration of particle emissions, especially the improvement of particle emission with low-ash PAO lubricants. The results of study show that:engine particle emissions using conventional Class IV PAO lubricants are lower than using conventional Class II CI-4 lubricants, especially under middle and high loads. The low-ash lubricating oil of the above mentioned two types can reduce the total amount of diesel particulate emissions. Compared with other three lubricants, the low-ash PAO lubricant has lower total particle number concentration. The effect of reducing particle mass concentration with low-ash PAO under low load is obvious, and it is slightly higher than that of conventional PAO lubricant under high load. Research suggests that low-ash PAO lubricant has excellent performance in improving overall particulate emissions of diesel engine.
