| 摘要:某海上平台的底特律S40E电喷柴油机起动时曲轴能正常旋转，但无法实现点火，且排气管没有烟气排出。依据电喷柴油机的控制原理，从燃油共轨、机油共轨、传感器故障及连接线断路和短路等方面对导致故障的可能因素进行分析。分析表明:故障系高压油泵出口单向阀故障所致。 |

| Abstract:The Detroit S40E electric injection diesel engine, on a offshore platform, can rotate normally when starting, but the ignition can not be realized, and the exhaust pipe is no any gas. According to the control principle, the reason that the diesel engine can not be started is analyzed, and the corresponding solutions are given from four aspects:fuel common rail failure, oil common rail fault, sensor fault and connection line circuit breakage and short circuit. |
