摘要:针对TBD604BL6柴油机挺柱与凸轮轴出现的磨损情况,采用有限元分析、零部件检查、试验验证等手段进行排查分析。结果表明:该柴油机凸轮轴与挺柱的材料组合存在缺陷。经比较分析后采用TBD620柴油机成熟先进的凸轮轴与挺柱材料组合替代该柴油机的凸轮轴与挺柱材料组合。试验验证表明:此项改进措施切实可行。 |

Abstract:To deal with the wear and tear occurred on the tappets and camshafts of TBD604BL6 diesel engines, investigation and analysis were carried out based on the FEA, parts inspection and test verification. The test results show that the engines' tappets and camshafts have material combination flaws. Through comparative analysis, the original material combination was replaced by that of the TBD620's, which is more mature and advanced. The feasibility of the improvement program has been verified by experiments. |
