基于CFD的某废气脱硫洗涤塔流场仿真与优化分析

摘要:针对某废气脱硫洗涤系统洗涤塔流场不均匀性问题展开研究。采用AVL Fire软件对塔体进行CFD模拟。以提高速度均匀度指数和降低进出口压降为优化目标提出三种改进措施:入口段加装冲孔板;调整环形导流层数;优化冲孔板位置。仿真结果表明:添加冲孔板结构较好地提升了塔内流速均匀度指数,烟气流速更快趋于稳定,有利于塔内化学反应进行;冲孔板置于涡流终点处时,流速均匀度指数较高且压损小;建议加装冲孔板后采用无导流形式的内部结构以减小洗涤塔内整体压损。

Flow Field Simulation and Optimization Analysis of a Exhaust Gas Desulfurizing Tower Based on CFD

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of the flow field inhomogeneity of the scrubbing tower of a exhaust gas desulfurizing system, the CFD simulation of the tower body was carried out by using AVL Fire software. Three improvement measures were put forward to improve the speed evenness index and reduce the import and export pressure drop, which were adding punching plate to the inlet section; adjusting the number of annular diversion layer and optimizing the placement position of punching plate. The final simulation results show that the structure of adding punching plate greatly improves the velocity uniformity index in the tower, makes the flue gas flow rate more stable, and is beneficial to the chemical reaction in the tower. The uniformity index is higher and the airflow resistance loss is small when the punching plate is installed at the end. After adding punching plate, it is suggested to adopt the internal structure without diversion in order to reduce the overall pressure loss of the scrubbing tower.
