| 摘要:采用CFD技术,在边界条件相同的条件下,对采用逆流和顺流结构的商用车EGR冷却器的内部热交换、温度场和流场等进行了计算;并分析了顺流和逆流两种结构设计方案对EGR冷却器沸腾区域的影响。结果显示:采用顺流结构的EGR冷却器的沸腾区域要比逆流的沸腾区域小,有利于提高EGR冷却器的可靠性和耐久性。 |

| Abstract:CFD technology was employed in the calculation of heat exchanging, temperature field and flow field of commercial vehicle EGR coolers with parallel and counter flow structures, under the same boundary conditions. The influence of parallel and counter flow structures on the boiling area of EGR coolers was analyzed. The results show that the EGR cooler′s boiling area with parallel flow structure is smaller than that of counter flow structure, which could help to enhance the reliability and durability of EGR coolers. |
