斯特林发动机V型传动系统激励力的计算分析研究

摘要:介绍了有关斯特林发动机传动系统激励力的计算分析研究。建立了斯特林发动机传动系统刚柔混合的多体动力学模型,计算了曲轴主轴承载荷和活塞侧推力等激励力。对比分析了有、无齿轮啮合力对主轴承载荷的影响,指出:计算斯特林发动机传动系统激励力时应考虑齿轮啮合冲击力的影响。对比分析了不同活塞间隙对活塞侧推力的影响,结果表明:活塞杆与缸套间隙在0.08~0.12 mm时,活塞侧推力的影响较小。

Calculation Analysis of Motivating Forces of V-TypeTransmission Systems for Stirling Engines

Abstract:The calculation analysis of the motivating forces of the transmission system for a Stirling Engine is introduced. The rigid and flexible dynamical model of the transmission system of the Stirling engine was built. The motivating force or the bearing load of crank shaft and the piston side thrust were calculated. The influence of with or without gear meshing force on the main bearing load were compared with each other and analyzed. The impact of the gear meshing impact should be considered in the analysis of the transmission system of the Stirling engine. Comparison analysis of the influences of the different piston clearances on the piston thrust was conducted, and the results showed that when the clearance between the piston rod and cylinder liner was 0.08~0.12 mm, the influence was smaller.
