摘要:某内燃机机体遭受断裂连杆撞击,缸套冷却水腔下密封内表面和滑油喷嘴安装法兰表面严重破损、变形;主轴瓦孔内径和中心线直线度超差。采用铸铁焊工艺局部焊补破损位置后加工至标准尺寸,然后采用电刷镀工艺修复主轴瓦孔至标准尺寸,用激光自准仪检测主轴瓦孔中心线直线度达到标准要求。 |

Abstract:After the impact of the connecting rod on the cylinder block of one internal combustion engine, the surface of the sealing inner surface of the cooling water cavity of the cylinder sleeve and the surface of the lubrication oil nozzle flange are badly damaged and deformed, and the inner diameter and the straightness of the center line of the main bearing house exceeded the standard size. The damaged surface was welded and machined to standard. Then the Brush Plating is applied to repair the bore of the main bearing house to standard size. The straightness of the center line of the main bearing house is detected by the laser alignment system and approved meeting the standard requirement. |
