某型柴油机连杆大端瓦抱轴烧蚀故障原因分析

摘要:某型柴油机在台架磨合试验过程中出现连杆大端瓦抱轴、烧蚀故障。基于故障现象,并结合连杆大端瓦润滑原理,从零部件质量、装配质量、试验过程、滑油系统四个方面进行了排查。结果表明:故障的根本原因为曲柄臂油孔内清洁度较差,含有大量金属颗粒与油泥混合物。

Abstract:In the design of diesel engine,the main function of injector protection tube is to protect the injector from contacting the cooling water in the cylinder liner,and form a cooling water cavity with the cylinder head to prevent the leakage of cooling water from flowing into the combustion chamber.In the paper,through the research on the structure of the injector tube and sealing form,for the introduction of foreign diesel engine patented technology can produce models,combined with the actual situation of the injector tube structure and seal form slould be improved using the sealing structure of the form of double seal,achieved the better result.
