低速柴油机大管径镦头型高压油管制造工艺

摘要:介绍了低速船用柴油机大管径高压油管冷镦挤压头部成型工艺技术。试验结果表明:采用所研发的冷镦挤压头部成型工艺可使高压油管头部材质致密性以及外表面硬度得到较大提高,从而改善油管头部的力学性能。低速船用柴油机大管径高压油管经高压强化处理,管材内壁表面疏松层发生塑性变形,组织变得致密、光滑,从而使高压油管承受由脉动高压燃油产生的疲劳载荷的能力大幅提高。

Abstract:The cold heading technology applied on large-diameter high pressure fuel oil pipes of low speed marine diesel engine is introduced. The tests results show that the cold heading technology could improve the compactness and surface hardness of the material of high pressure fuel oil pipes head and enhance its mechanical property. By high pressure strengthening treatment, plastic deformation occurrs in the loose layer of the inner wall surface of pipes, and makes it densified and smooth, thus could help the high pressure oil pipe endure higher fatigue load.
