| 摘要:针对某型柴油机薄壁冷却水套结构复杂、加工精度要求高的特点，在分析了其加工工艺难点的基础上对加工工艺进行优化。在多次工艺验证的基础上总结出适合的加工工艺，满足了该型柴油机薄壁冷却水套的设计加工要求，并进入小批量生产阶段。 |

| Abstract:Aiming at the complex structure and high manufacturing precision of thin-walled cooling jacket of a certain type of diesel engine, the processing technology was optimized based on the analysis of the processing difficulties. The appropriate processing technology was concluded based on processing certifications, which could meet with the machining requirements of this kind of thin-walled cooling jacket, and has been small-batch produced. |
