核电厂应急柴油发电机1E级励磁系统设计探讨

摘要:介绍了核电厂应急柴油发电机组1E级励磁系统的总体性能要求和鉴定要求;开展了励磁系统安全功能的分析;阐述了新型可控相复励无刷励磁系统的基本架构和主要功能特性。重点介绍了相复励设计要点,实现安全功能的自动电压调节器和提高系统性能的不执行安全功能的辅助调节器的特点,以及1E级与N1E级电气隔离原则。为1E级应急柴油发电机数字式励磁系统设计和研发提供参考。

Class 1E Excitation System Design of Emergency Diesel Generatorsfor Nuclear Power Plants

Abstract:The class IE excitation system of the emergency diesel engine generator used in nuclear power plants is introduced with respect to the general performance requirements and qualification requirements. The safety function of the excitation system is analyzed and the basic structure and main functions of the newly developed controllable phase compound brushless excitation system is described. The following issues are introduced in detailed, including key points of phase compound design, the characteristics of the automatic voltage regulator that conduct the safety related function and the auxiliary regulator responsible for the function enhancement not related to safety,as well as the electric isolation criteria of 1E and N1E. The research provides reference for the design and development of the 1E digital excitation system for emergency diesel engine generators.
