摘要:针对WARTSILA W7X35柴油机原试车中间轴存在的扭转振动超出船级社及瓦锡兰的限值范围,安装操作困难,经济性不高等问题,对中间轴进行了优化设计。经鉴定与实机台架验证,改进后的中间轴满足柴油机运行的扭转振动要求;且其可靠性、经济性和可操作性也得到了较大的提高。

Design Optimization of Test Run Intermediate Shaft of WARTSILA W7X35Low Speed Marine Diesel Engine

Abstract:The test run intermediate shaft of WARTSILA W7X35 diesel engine met the problem that the torsional vibration was beyond the scope of international classification society and WARTSILA limits,and had the shortcomings of difficult installation and low economic efficiency. Thus optimal design of the intermediate shaft was carried out. It was verified by bench test that the optimized intermediate shaft could meet the torsional vibration requirements of the diesel engine, and boasted large improvement on reliability, economic efficiency and operability.
