LNG/柴油双燃料发动机掺烧策略的试验分析

摘要:针对LNG/柴油双燃料发动机的LNG燃料掺烧问题,以Z6170ZLCZ-19柴油机为原型机,采用增压器后单点进气方式进行改装,对掺烧策略进行试验研究。研究结果表明:在极低负荷区与重载超载区,不宜掺烧LNG燃料;在中低和中高负荷区,可适量掺烧LNG燃料;在中负荷区,双燃料发动机综合性能较好,适宜掺烧LNG燃料。将双燃料发动机工作范围划分为"禁止区"、"控制区"和"健康运行区",并对各个区域设置相应的替代率上限值,可较好地解决LNG的合理掺烧问题。

Experimental Study on Co-combustion Strategy ofLNG/Diesel Dual Fuel Engine

Abstract:In view of the co-combustion problem about LNG fuel in LNG/diesel dual fuel engine, the Z6170ZLCZ-19 prototype diesel engine was refitted with single-point injection after turbocharger method. And experimental research on co-combustion strategy was carried out. The results show that in the area of extremely low load ,heavy load and over load, LNG fuel shouldn′t be co-combusted; in the area of medium-low and medium-high load, LNG fuel can be appropriately co-combusted; in the area of medium load, the overall performance of LNG/diesel dual fuel engine is preferable, and LNG can be co-combusted. By dividing the working range of dual fuel engine into "forbidden region", "control region" and "healthy region" and setting upper limit of replacement rate corresponding to the three regions, the appropriate co-combustion of LNG could be achieved.
