摘要:针对某增压中冷柴油机在改型试验过程中出现的多支路润滑油管裂纹问题,通过裂纹形态及结合有限元仿真,对裂纹的成因进行了分析。分析表明:多支路润滑油管路系统设计上整体刚度较低,没有充分考虑系统振动对管系的影响,是该管路系统产生裂纹的主要原因。据此给出了相应的改进措施。 |

Abstract:Aiming at the cracks occured in multi branch lubricating oil pipe happened during the retrofit experiment of certain turbocharged inter-cooling diesel engine, the causes of cracks were analyzed in accordance with the crack morphology analysis combined with finite element simulation analysis. The results indicated that the overall stiffness of the multi branch lubricating oil pipe system was relatively low, and the influence of vibration on the system had not been fully considered, which were the main causes of cracks in the system. The corresponding improvement measures had been provided accordingly. |
