摘要:通过一台船用中速柴油机与SCR系统的匹配与标定试验,设计了合理有效的性能优化调整方案;提出了降低综合运行成本的优化技术措施,并进行了配机试验。试验结果表明:柴油机排放水平由原机的Tier Ⅱ 标准提升至 Tier Ⅲ标准;在保证柴油机动力性不变的前提下,燃油经济性得到了改善,燃油消耗量下降3%~5%,考虑到还原剂尿素的消耗,综合运行成本下降2%~3%。研究结果表明:SCR具有有效降低NOx排放,且成本相对较低的优点,在船舶柴油机领域有广阔的应用前景。 |

Abstract:In accordance with the SCR system matching and calibration experiment for a marine medium speed diesel engine, reasonable and effective performance optimization and adjustment scheme was designed, the optimization technical measures for reducing the comprehensive operation cost were introduced and the matching test had been done. The results of the test indicated that the diesel engine met the Tier Ⅲ Standards instead of Tier Ⅱ Standards. Under the premise of ensuring the power output of the diesel engine remain the same, fuel economy had been improved, and the fuel consumption was decreased by 3% to 5%. Taking into account the consumption of urea, the comprehensive operation cost was decreased by 2% to 3%. The results indicated that SCR could reduce the NOx emission effectively and the cost was relatively low, the application prospect of SCR is quite broad in the field of marine diesel engine. |
