摘要:采用Aspen plus软件建立了 LNG气化装置的仿真模型。以ME-GI型主机的实际数据为输入,通过调用相关的热力学方法和设备模块,对气化器(VAP)中水乙二醇的进口温度、出口温度,以及LNG进口压力、LNG中甲烷浓度等参数进行模拟计算,得到上述参数对LNG气化流程出口温度、VAP换热面积及换热量的影响规律。可为VAP的节能选型提供依据;为船用双燃料发动机LNG气化流程的优化设计提供理论依据。 |

Abstract:By making use of Aspen plus, simulation model of LNG gasification device was established. Taking the actual data of ME-GI main diesel engine as input, by using relevant thermodynamics methods and device module, parameters including the inlet and outlet temperatures of glycol water (GW) in the vaporizer(VAP), the inlet pressure of LNG, and the concentration of methane in LNG were calculated. The calculation delivered the influence of mentioned parameters on the outlet temperature of LNG gasification process, and the area and amount of VAP heat exchange. All these provided basis for energy-saving type selection of VAP, as well as theoretical basis for the optimized design of marine duel fuel engine LNG gasification process. |
