摘要:针对船用柴油机SCR反应器工作过程中受排气温度影响发生变形的问题,对反应器进行了热-结构耦合分析;根据分析结果提出了反应器优化设计方案。优化前后的分析数据表明:该优化方案可有效降低反应器变形,同时可降低其等效应力。 |

Abstract:In order to solve the deformation of marine diesel engine SCR reactor in operation due to the high temperature of exhaust gas, thermal-structural coupling analysis of the reactor was carried out.Based on the analysis results, the optimal design programme of this reactor was put forward. The results show that the optimal programme can effectively reduce the deformation of the reactor, and the equivalent stress has also been reduced. |
