核电站应急柴油机高压油泵异常磨损原因探究

摘要:针对核电站大容量1E级应急柴油发电机组在国产化生产中发生了多次高压油泵异常磨损质量问题,对零部件制造、清洁度、滑油状态、试车过程等多个相关要素和环节建立故障树,分析了高压滚轮材质、试车润滑状态、滚轮内孔型线设计等要素对异常磨损的影响。通过分析制定了有效的改进措施,确保了应急柴油发电机组的安全可靠调试和运行。

Investigation on Abnormal Wear of Injection Pumps ofEmergency Diesel Generator Sets in Nuclear Power Plant

Abstract:During the localization of large power IE emergency diesel generator sets (EDG) in nuclear power plant, abnormal wear of injection pumps occurred several time.To explore the reasons for abnormal wear, fault tree of components manufacturing, cleanliness, lubrication, testing and relevant elements was established.The effect of roller material, testing lubrication, and the design of roller bore, etc. on abnormal wear was studied. In order to improve the safety and reliability of EDG commissioning and operation, some effective improvements were made based on the analysis.
