摘要:分别建立了柴油机缸盖和冷却水道模型,在Workbench的环境下,运用CFD与FEA耦合计算的方法,对额定工况下的缸盖温度场进行计算分析。计算结果表明:缸盖的最高温度为602K;耦合计算的方法更符合柴油机的实际传热情况;在柴油机额定工况下,冷却水的冷却情况以及缸盖的最高温度符合要求。经硬度塞测试数据对比可知:仿真结果真实可信,可以为柴油机热负荷分析和柴油机改进设计提供理论指导和依据。 |

Research of Fluid-solid Coupled Calculation and Analysis for Thermal Loadof Certain Cylinder Head |

Abstract:Based on the 3-dimensional models of cylinder head and cooling water channel, calculations for the temperature field of cylinder head were carried out by coupling of finite element method and CFD calculation in Ansys Workbench. The results show that the highest temperature of the cylinder head is 602K;fluid-solid coupling numerical simulation are more suitable for the heat transfer simulation of the diesel; the situation of cooling water and the highest temperature of cylinder head meet the demand in full-load condition of the diesel engine. Comparing to the test data of hardness plug, it shows that the simulation results are authentic and provide a theoretical direction and foundation for the analysis of thermal load and improvement of diesels. |
