摘要:针对某8.3L电控高压共轨柴油机,基于GT-POWER软件,研究了配气相位对发动机燃油经济性的影响。根据研究结果设计和试制了新凸轮轴并进行了发动机性能试验,以验证模拟计算结果。研究结果表明,优化设计的凸轮轴成功地改善了发动机全工况范围内燃油经济性,达1.25%。 |

Abstract:Based on GT-POWER software, a certain type of 8.3L electronic control common rail diesel engine was studied focusing on the relationship between valve timing optimization design and engine fuel economy. According to analysis results, a new kind of camshaft was developed and trial-produced.The engine performance test with this new camshaft was done to validate the simulation results. The research showed that new camshaft with valve timing optimization design successfully improved engine fuel economy by 1.25% over full operating range. |
