| 摘要:通过船用柴油机焊接式气缸体的试制过程,对焊接式气缸体的装焊工艺进行了研究。探索出一套合理的行之有效的工艺方法,重点解决了板厚差异过大造成的气缸体整体收缩余量不一致、装配焊接要求高、焊后应力等问题。采用该工艺成功研制出了满足规范要求的焊接式气缸体样品。 |

| Process Method of the Welding Cylinder Block for Marine Diesel Engine |

| Abstract:Through trial-production of welding cylinder blocks of marine diesel engines, the welding process of welding cylinder was studied. A feasible and rational process method was found out, which mainly solves the problems of the differences of cylinder's whole allowance for contraction caused by different depths of varied parts of the cylinder block, high standard for welding and installation, as well as stress after welding. Using this process method, the welding cylinder block sample was developed which satisfied the relative requirements. |
