摘要:针对气缸盖结构复杂,进排气阀孔及导管孔、喷油器孔等关键部位加工精度高、加工难的工艺难点,选用抗振刀具技术,并制定合理的加工工艺,有效解决了制造过程中产生的问题,保证了该气缸盖的加工质量符合图样要求。实践证明:所开发的制造工艺是可行的,可供加工相似类型的气缸盖做参考。 |

Abstract:The structure of cylinder head is complex and therefore is hard for machining. Key parts such as inlet and exhaust valves, pipe holes, and injector holes require high precision in machining. To deal with the machining difficulties, anti-vibration cutters are adopted and rational machining technics are developed, which effectively solve the problems during manufacturing and ensure that the quality of cylinder heads meet the design requirements. The developed manufacturing technics are verified to be feasible and could offer references for the machining of similar cylinder heads. |
