叶片扩压器制造工艺研究与改进

摘要:针对增压器叶片扩压器零件加工效率低,加工过程中易产生变形,刀具易磨损,制造成本高等问题开展了工艺分析和研究,提出了解决问题的措施,并对加工工艺进行了改进。试制和批量生产验证:采用改进工艺后,叶片扩压器零件的加工质量稳定,生产效率明显提高。该工艺改进措施可为类似叶片扩压器零件的加工提供了一种新的加工方法。

Manufacturing Technic of Blade Diffuser and its Improvement

Abstract:There are some difficulties in machining of turbocharger’s blade diffuser components, such as low efficiency and prone to deformation during machining, cutting tool are likely to suffer wear, and the manufacturing cost is high. To deal with these problems, technological analysis and research were carried out, and the solutions were put forward, and the machining technic was improved. Trial production and mass production showed that after improvement, the manufacturing quality turned out to be stable, and the production efficiency was enhanced, which offer a new machining method for this kind of blade diffuser components.
