摘要:采用FLUENT软件对25kW热气机机身内部的换热情况进行数值模拟计算,通过对计算结果的分析,对冷却水流道的结构进行了优化设计。模拟计算和试验结果表明:结合缸套壁面的结构优化设计,在采用一进一出流道结构的前提下,达到了使冷却器和缸套均匀冷却和降低缸套内壁温度的目的。 |

Abstract:The cylinder block internal heat transfer condition of a 25kW Stirling engine was numerically simulated using FLUENT software. Based on the analysis of the simulation results, the structure of the cooling water channel was optimized. The simulation and test results show that combined with structure optimization design of cylinder wall, on the premise of choosing one-in & one-out structure, the development aim of uniform cooling of cooler and cylinder liner has been reached, as well as the reduction of the cylinder wall’s temperature. |
