电控高压共轨柴油机智能仿真模型应用研究

摘要:介绍了一种电控高压共轨柴油机智能仿真模型的研发过程,包括智能仿真模型的构建与应用。研究结果表明:该智能仿真模型实现了发动机大部分工况点性能的准确预测;实现了与台架试验耦合的开发过程,是一种可以广泛使用的易操作工具;同时可较为准确地进行发动机电控标定。

Abstract:The development of intelligent simulation model for electronic controlled high pressure common rail diesel engine is introduced, including the model building and application. The results show that the model could predict the engine performance accurately in most operating points; it realizes coupling with bench test during development, and is an easy-for-operation tool which could be applied widely; moreover, the model could carry out relatively accurate engine electronic calibration.
