摘要:在理论计算与分析的基础上,结合应用CFD对排气歧管内部压力和速度的分布情况进行了模拟和分析,根据分析结果对排放管设计进行了优化。发动机性能试验表明:排气歧管优化设计取得了较为满意的效果,达到了预期目标。

Exhaust Manifold Design of Turbocharged Diesel Engine

Abstract:On the basis of analysis and calculation, and combined with CFD calculation, the inner pressure of the exhaust manifold as well as the distribution of speed were simulated and analyzed. Based on the analysis results, optimization was carried out on the design of the exhaust manifold. Through the test of the engine performance, the best structure was determined which had satisfying results and achieved expected target.
