12V柴油机机体精铣缸面、精镗气缸孔数控专机的结构设计与分析

摘要:介绍了12V柴油机机体精铣缸面、精镗气缸孔数控专机设计的关键技术及设计要点。设计中根据12V机体零件精铣缸面、精镗气缸孔的工序要求,有针对性的设计了机床的各个主要部件,解决了缸面平面度、缸套孔止口深度11+0.050mm、底面0.3°~0.5°斜面、孔与止口的过渡圆角Φ163+0.250mm、各缸止口与缸面的平行度、各缸孔与缸面的垂直度等加工中的瓶颈问题,确保零件工序精度及加工效率。

Structure Design and Analysis of Special-purpose Numerical Control Machine for Cylinder-surface Fishing Milling and Cylinder Bore Fishing Boring of 12V Diesel Engine Block

Abstract:The technical and design key points of special-purpose numerical control machine for cylinder surface fishing milling and cylinder bore fishing boring of 12V diesel engine block are introduced. Based on the process requirements, the main parts of the machine were designed and solved the difficulties in machining, including the flatness of cylinder surface, 11+0.50 mm depth of cylinder liner bore rabbet, 0.3°~0.5° slope of bottom surface, Φ163+0.0250 mm of transition round corner of bore and rabbet, flatness of each cylinder’s rabbet and cylinder surface, as well as verticality of each cylinder bore and cylinder surface, which could be used to guarantee the precision and efficiency of machining.
