摘要:以热力学分析和流体动力学分析结果为依据,阐述了一款高性能柴油机冷却系统的设计理念和方法。介绍了主要冷却部件的设计特点和结构型式,并给出了详细的冷却系统流程。该系利用高、低温冷却水的综合效果,为整机实现高强化度、低运行成本和低碳环保目标起保障作用。

Abstract:Based on the result of the thermodynamic analysis and hydrokinetics analysis, the design concept and method of the cooling system of a high performance diesel engine is expounded. The design features and structure of the main cooling parts are introduced, as well as the detailed process of the cooling system. The system makes full use of the integrated effect of the high and low temperature cooling water, and plays an important role in the realization of high intension, low operation cost, low carbon exhaust of whole engines.
