摘要:介绍了瓦锡兰RT-flex型低速二冲程柴油机的控制原理和其核心部件WECS-9520系统的功能,列出了该机型的试车要求。阐述了满足该机型试车及提交试验的试车控制台设计,及试车控制台所包含的主要仪表、控制及安全模块的功能和作用。5RT-flex58T-D主机的提交试验结果表明:该试车控制台工作稳定,达到预期设计功能。

The Design of Wrtsil RT-flex Diesel Engine Testbed

Abstract:The controlling principles of Wrtsil RT-flex low speed, two-stroke engine are introduced, as well as the functions of its core system WECS-9520. The shop test requirements of this type of engine are listed. Then, the design of the testbed used for Wrtsil engine, and the functions of its main instruments, control and safety modules are expounded. The test results showed that the test bed was operated stably and has reached the design aim.
