| Abstract:The classification of river-sea going ships and main engines’ status are introduced. The requirements of engine type selection for river-sea going ships are analyzed from the varied aspects of brand, power range, fuel consumption and fuel types, emissions standard, turbocharging ways, and purchasing cost. Moreover, the energy saving and emissions reduction methods for current shipping enterprise are introduced and analyzed. |
